Product Introduction
The TNi-2009 total nickel online analyzer participated in the production and testing of the landmark "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Nickel Water Quality Automatic Online Monitoring Instrument" in Guangdong Province, and fully met the requirements.
Product advantages
Under high temperature conditions, sodium persulfate is added to dissolve the water sample, remove the interference of organic matter, and convert the organic nickel in the water sample into inorganic nickel. Ammonium citrate is added to eliminate the interference of iron ions, and then iodine is added to oxidize all nickel into trivalent nickel. The color reagent dimethylglyoxime is added to react with nickel to form a wine red soluble complex. Finally, EDTA disodium salt is added to eliminate the interference of iron, copper, and cobalt ions. The analyzer measures its absorbance at 525nm wavelength and calculates the concentration of total nickel in the sample based on the calibration curve. The measurement principle of the instrument fully complies with the national standard "GB 11910-89 Determination of Nickel in Water Quality - Dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric method"
